Camp Supervisor

About the role

Fairmont Southampton is seeking a Camp Supervisor to join its luxury hospitality team. Reporting to the Recreation Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Kids Explorer Camp, creating a safe, engaging and enriching environment for children staying at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome children and families, ensuring a friendly, secure and inclusive atmosphere.
• Supervise children at all times during games, arts and crafts, free play, indoor/outdoor activities and structured programming.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver daily activity schedules that include arts and crafts, games, sports, storytelling, themed adventures and free play.
• Facilitate age‑appropriate activities that foster creativity, social interaction and exploration.
• Build positive relationships with children, encouraging participation, confidence and enjoyment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents/guardians about schedules, child needs and daily highlights.
• Uphold Fairmont’s luxury service standards and ensure premium guest experiences.
