About the role

The Commercial Executive will shape and drive the commercial strategy for a diverse portfolio, reporting directly to executive leadership. This senior, high‑visibility position combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to deliver growth across multiple revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward‑thinking commercial strategy aligned with long‑term organizational goals.
• Deliver a comprehensive commercial plan across existing and new revenue streams.
• Lead negotiation and management of commercial contracts and partnerships.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and financial targets, providing regular insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high‑performance commercial team.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in commercial, business development, or revenue‑generating leadership.
• Track record of delivering growth through strategy, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Experience managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including work with senior leadership and external partners.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate ideas into measurable results.
• Leadership capabilities to influence, motivate, and develop teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
