Join the award‑winning team at Fairmont Southampton as a Fairmont Gold Server. You will be the face of the exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge, delivering refined food and beverage service while creating memorable, personalized moments for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, authenticity and a personable presence, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Build strong guest connections and deliver personalized experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Provide refined food and beverage service, offering knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine selections and Fairmont Gold offerings.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain the Fairmont Gold Lounge to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation.
• Monitor buffet and beverage stations, ensuring timely replenishment and elegant presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑end food and beverage service within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork and professionalism.
