Food & Beverage Server – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Server to join the luxury hospitality team at Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort. In this role you will deliver personalized, high-quality service to guests throughout their dining experience, acting as an ambassador for the hotel’s culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and enthusiastic service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• Greet guests promptly, present menus, explain daily specials and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond courteously and check guest satisfaction regularly during service.
• Address concerns proactively and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
• Maintain friendly and professional interactions to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Report to the Restaurant Captain at the start of each shift for floor assignments and side duties.
• Collaborate with the Maître d’ and other team members to uphold Fairmont and Accor service standards.
