Mixologist

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s premier resort, as a Mixologist. Reporting to the Maître d’, you will craft exceptional cocktails, mocktails, wines, and specialty beverages that reflect the Fairmont brand’s luxury standards and enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and serve high‑quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty drinks in line with brand guidelines and LQA standards.
• Engage guests with storytelling, beverage education, and personalized recommendations that complement the resort’s culinary offerings.
• Demonstrate advanced wine knowledge, including grape varieties, regions, vintages, tasting profiles, storage, and food pairings.
• Act as a wine and cocktail ambassador, guiding guests through selections and promoting premium options.
• Maintain responsible alcohol service at all times and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to continuously improve the beverage program.
