About the role

Join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as our Spa Manager. You will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a 30,000‑square‑foot spa, delivering seamless, restorative experiences that reflect the Fairmont brand of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of therapists, attendants and reception staff to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management and continuous development of spa colleagues.
• Maintain a visible floor presence, engage with guests, resolve concerns promptly and ensure a personalized service journey from booking to departure.
• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and budget adherence while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to create integrated wellness packages and promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury spa or wellness centre.
• Strong leadership, communication and people‑development skills.
