Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton’s 30,000‑sq‑ft spa as a Spa Therapist, delivering premium treatments to guests in a world‑class resort environment. You will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct thorough pre‑treatment consultations to understand guest needs, health history, and desired outcomes.
• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massage modalities, facials, body wraps, scrubs and specialty therapies.
• Educate guests on treatments and recommend complementary spa products and services.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, hygiene and spa cleanliness.
• Promote spa services and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering spa treatments in a luxury or high‑end hospitality setting.
• Ability to conduct detailed client consultations and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and hygiene protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
