Audit Senior – Financial Services (Bermuda)

About the role

As an Audit Senior you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality audit and assurance services to a portfolio of financial‑services clients. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on responsibility from an early stage while developing both technical and commercial skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Assist clients with complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Identify business and financial risks and provide practical insights.
• Leverage innovative audit technologies and methodologies.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to exceptional client service.
• Participate in community, wellbeing, and team‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Recognised accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) or actively pursuing qualification.
• 2‑3 years of external audit experience in a public accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship‑building skills.
• Growth mindset with a desire to take on increasing responsibility.
