About the role

The Business Services Apprenticeship at Aon offers a structured, paid pathway into insurance brokerage and risk management. Participants split their time between on‑site work in Hamilton and classroom study, earning an Associate of Arts in Business Administration while gaining real‑world experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of insurance documentation and client presentations.
• Support teammates in gathering and analysing risk information.
• Manage and update client records and databases.
• Participate in client meetings and calls, providing administrative support.
• Conduct research on insurance markets and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality service to clients.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or on track to graduate by 1 July 2026.
• Minimum age of 18 years by 15 June 2026.
• Eligible to work in Bermuda (Bermudian, spouse of a Bermudian, or Permanent Resident Certificate holder).
• Ability to meet enrollment requirements for the partner college program and maintain satisfactory academic progress.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
