Casual Night Auditor

About the role

As a Casual Night Auditor at The Loren, you will be the friendly and reliable presence for guests during overnight hours, combining front‑desk service, guest support, and basic financial duties to ensure a smooth and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist late‑night arrivals and early‑morning departures, handling check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Provide concierge‑level services such as wake‑up calls, local recommendations, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate with security and housekeeping to maintain property security and smooth overnight operations.
• Conduct safety checks, monitor access policies, and respond to emergencies according to hotel protocol.
• Balance daily financial transactions, post room, spa, minibar and incidental charges, and run the end‑of‑day process in the PMS.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports (Flash, arrivals, in‑house, departures) for management review.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of front‑desk or night‑audit experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours and handle guest inquiries professionally.

Required skills

• Opera (property‑management system) – preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite.
