Clinical Pharmacist – Bermuda

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our modern healthcare facility in Bermuda. The role offers the chance to impact patient care in a rural‑line setting while enjoying the island’s high quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management, patient counseling and drug utilization reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to clinical decision‑making.
• Educate patients and staff on medication safety and management.
• Receive, interpret, evaluate, resolve and document medication orders.
• Prepare sterile IV products and chemotherapeutic agents using aseptic technique.
• Ensure compliance with local pharmacy regulations and support quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or MPharm plus PgDip from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
