Clinical Services Manager

About the role

Healthcare Solutions Ltd is expanding its community care services in Bermuda and seeks an experienced Registered General Nurse to lead the clinical side of nursing, caregiving and community care. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Clinical Services Manager will oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring safe, coordinated, high‑quality care for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nurses, caregivers and schedulers, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Manage client assessments, care planning, case management and ongoing clinical reviews.
• Ensure schedules are clinically appropriate with the right skill mix and continuity of care.
• Lead incident investigations and drive quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Own recruitment, onboarding, competency assessment and workforce planning for the clinical team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, physicians and insurers.
• Develop services such as community nursing, case management, concierge nursing, live‑in care and occupational health.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse with current BNMC registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Management or Leadership desirable).
• 5+ years post‑registration clinical experience and 2+ years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in case management and community nursing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, a valid Bermuda driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Additional qualifications such as IV certification, dementia or palliative‑care training, or a CPHQ quality‑improvement credential are a plus.
