Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join Aon’s Bermuda risk and compliance team. The role supports Aon Bermuda entities and a diverse client base, helping design and implement Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain GRC frameworks for Aon Bermuda entities and (re)insurance clients, including commercial, ILS and captive structures.
• Support start‑up and existing clients in reviewing and enhancing GRC policies and procedures for business plans and ongoing operations.
• Perform compliance assurance work such as periodic AML file reviews, CDD/KYC updates and risk assessments.
• Design, test and monitor key compliance controls to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements and Aon Group standards.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for GRC and compliance technology platforms, manage alerts and provide end‑user training.
• Serve as primary compliance contact for assigned Aon Bermuda entities and client relationships, presenting risk and compliance matters at board or committee meetings.
• Collaborate with senior compliance leadership and business units to enhance service offerings and promote Aon’s risk and compliance capabilities.

Required profile

• Motivated professional with experience in compliance, risk or insurance and a proven track record delivering risk and compliance solutions.
• Organized, commercially minded and confident in evaluating regulatory frameworks, policies and strategies.
• Ability to design and implement GRC frameworks and drive regulatory compliance, revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with GRC systems and platforms.
• Familiarity with AML compliance tools and processes.
• Knowledge of CDD/KYC procedures.
• Use of screening and monitoring tools such as LexisNexis Bridger.
• Risk assessment and control testing capabilities.
