Consulting – Manager (Actuarial & Insurance Solutions)

About the role

As a Consulting Manager in Actuarial & Insurance Solutions, you will lead a portfolio of key clients in Bermuda, overseeing the full lifecycle of actuarial engagements. You will combine deep industry knowledge with strategic insight to deliver high-impact solutions and support business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams on economic capital modelling, loss reserve determination, risk management and audit support projects.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of actuarial consulting engagements for insurers, reinsurers, captives, pension schemes and related entities.
• Train and coach team members on emerging tools, technologies and industry standards.
• Develop proposals, client presentations and contribute to marketing and business development activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in actuarial consulting within the insurance sector.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex projects.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a commitment to integrity.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bermuda and engage with cross-border teams.
