Corporate Analyst – Private Client (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Analyst to join our Operations team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on the administration and compliance of a portfolio of corporate entities serving private‑client and high‑net‑worth customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of corporate entities, ensuring adherence to legal, governance and internal policies.
• Conduct KYC/CDD checks, verify ultimate beneficial owners, directors and shareholders.
• Maintain statutory registers, company records and manage corporate filings.
• Perform sanctions, PEP and adverse‑media screening.
• Assist with client onboarding, entity formation and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare governance documentation such as board packs, resolutions and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate corporate changes including director, shareholder and record updates.
• Liaise with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders to obtain and manage documentation.
• Escalate compliance concerns and support audits, regulatory inspections and reviews.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and operational‑efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate services, company secretarial, legal, fund administration or regulated financial‑services environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, AML/KYC requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external parties.
