Equipment Handler & Janitor

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Handler & Janitor to keep our kitchen and airline equipment spotless and ensure a safe, hygienic environment across our facilities. You will join a multicultural team dedicated to delivering high‑quality travel and culinary experiences throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food‑contact surfaces according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of the building and airline equipment, storing items promptly.
• Follow manual cleaning standards and proper dishwashing methods.
• Handle chemicals safely and adhere to all occupational safety rules.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Knowledge of standard janitorial methods, tools and equipment.
• Understanding of occupational hazards, safety regulations and proper chemical use.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.

Required skills

• Operation of floor buffers and vacuum cleaners.
• Use of cleaning compounds, solutions and chemical handling.
