Evening Room Attendant

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton’s luxury hospitality team as an Evening Room Attendant. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you will ensure guest rooms are impeccably prepared and refreshed during the evening hours, contributing to a memorable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional turndown service, including turning down beds, closing curtains, refreshing rooms, and arranging amenities according to brand standards.
• Stage welcome items, special requests, and guest amenities based on preferences.
• Restock toiletries, supplies, and amenities during evening service.
• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms: make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, and clean bathrooms to high standards.
• Empty trash, tidy living spaces, and address any visible soiling or disorder during evening rounds.

Required profile

• Ability to work evenings and follow detailed housekeeping procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
