Executive Events Manager

About the role

Fairmont Southampton is seeking an Executive Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high‑value group programs, luxury incentives, and VIP events. Reporting to the Director of Events, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, meeting professionals, and resort operations to ensure seamless, personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of complex, high‑value programs, including luxury incentives, conferences, executive/VIP events, and resort buyouts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to align event delivery with commercial and operational goals.
• Maximize revenue through food & beverage, audiovisual services, guestrooms, suites, and additional resort experiences.
• Monitor event revenue, profitability, and performance, identifying opportunities for repeat business and continuous improvement.
• Manage sales‑booked groups from contract turnover through departure and post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality event management, preferably with high‑profile or incentive groups.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to oversee multiple complex events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
