About the role

Join The Loren’s five‑star team in Bermuda as a Food & Beverage Hostess, creating welcoming and memorable dining experiences while upholding the highest service standards across our outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, creating a warm first impression.
• Guide guests to available tables and inform them of daily food and beverage specials.
• Collaborate with servers and the F&B team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain knowledge of outlet procedures and food service styles.
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the outlet.

Required profile

• Minimum one year experience as a server or hostess in a fine‑dining or luxury hotel restaurant.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OpenTable reservation system.
• Proficiency with Micros point‑of‑sale system.
