Full-Time Live-In Nanny – Bermuda

About the role

We are a warm, loving family in Bermuda seeking a full‑time live‑in nanny to care for our four children aged 1‑5. The role is long‑term and involves becoming an integral part of our household.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care through play, conversation, reading and quality time.
• Support good manners, kindness and responsibility, and ensure homework is completed.
• Promote healthy habits by limiting screen time, reducing sugary snacks and encouraging active play.
• Drive children to school, activities and appointments as needed.
• Run occasional family errands such as grocery shopping and pickups.
• Help keep the home clean, tidy and organized.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals using provided ingredients.
• Take initiative, solve problems independently and assist wherever required.

Required profile

• Previous experience caring for children, preferably in a private household.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Warm, patient, energetic and dependable.
• Comfortable living with a family and working as part of a household team.
• Willing to commit to a long‑term position.
