Gardener – Resort Grounds & Golf Course

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton’s luxury resort team as a Gardener, responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of the hotel grounds, gardens, and 18‑hole par‑three golf course. You will work closely with the Golf Superintendent to ensure a pristine environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the golf course and resort grounds, including daily mowing, watering, and grooming of fairways, greens, and tees.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments in line with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Maintain walkways, driveways, and public areas to ensure they are safe and accessible.
• Plant, trim, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation.
• Maintain flower beds, gardens, and landscaped areas, supporting seasonal planting and special beautification projects.
• Operate, maintain, and repair garden tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Report directly to the Golf Superintendent.
• Commit to safety standards and environmental compliance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
