Guest Experience Curator

About the role

The Guest Experience Curator acts as the ambassador of The Loren Hotel and the island, guiding guests through every stage of their stay. This role blends front‑desk duties with concierge services, ensuring visitors receive personalized recommendations for accommodations, dining, excursions, and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with information on on‑site and off‑site attractions, facilities, services, and activities.
• Coordinate special requests, equipment, and vendor services, including reservations, tours, rentals, and transportation.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and manage check‑ins and check‑outs while adhering to credit and cash‑handling policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date room status in collaboration with housekeeping and communicate any maintenance needs.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Perform cashier functions such as posting charges, currency exchange, and processing payments.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of front‑office experience in reception, concierge, or a similar administrative role.
• Previous hotel experience preferred, with familiarity of property management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest‑service focus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional presentation, independent work style, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with OPERA property management system.
• Experience with RDPWin PMS or similar platforms.
