Guest Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the luxury team at Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda. Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a seamless and anticipatory experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check‑in, check‑out and cashiering procedures in line with brand standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of guest profiles, preferences and special requests to personalize service.
• Collaborate with the Welcome Ambassador and Housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness and timely fulfillment of guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve challenges and execute service recovery with empathy and solution‑focused communication.
• Provide curated concierge recommendations for dining, recreation, transportation and island attractions, and assist with reservations.

• Strong commitment to delivering luxury‑level hospitality.
• Ability to follow brand and operational standards accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse guests.
