Guest Service Overnight Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s premier resort, as the Guest Service Overnight Supervisor. You will lead the overnight Guest Services team, ensuring seamless operations, accurate night audits, and the delivery of luxury service throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional overnight guest service, promptly addressing requests and concerns.
• Execute all Guest Services SOPs and LSOPs during the shift.
• Complete end‑of‑day duties, reports, and handover materials for the day team.
• Perform night audit tasks, ensuring accurate folios, postings, and credit‑card settlements.
• Conduct pre‑arrival checks and prepare documentation for morning operations.
• Maintain lobby presence, support team coverage, and adjust staffing assignments as needed.
• Guide and develop overnight colleagues, supporting training initiatives and service improvements.
• Reconcile daily revenue, resolve posting discrepancies, and distribute overnight reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel guest services and night audit functions.
• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
