Head of Pricing

About the role

We are seeking a senior reinsurance pricing actuary to lead the pricing, structuring and execution of asset‑intensive reinsurance transactions across our life and annuity platform. You will own the end‑to‑end pricing process for both flow and block opportunities, covering a range of products from fixed and indexed annuities to traditional life insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pricing strategy for reinsurance deals across the life and annuity portfolio.
• Structure and execute asset‑intensive reinsurance transactions, including flow and block opportunities.
• Manage pricing for fixed, indexed, PRT, payout annuities and traditional life products.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance and product teams to ensure accurate risk assessment.
• Stay abreast of US and APAC reinsurance market trends and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in reinsurance pricing or actuarial roles.
• Strong understanding of US and/or APAC reinsurance deals.
• Proven ability to lead complex pricing projects end‑to‑end.
