House Person – Luxury Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated House Person to join the housekeeping team at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, Bermuda’s premier luxury urban resort. The role involves delivering proactive, personalized service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and engaging guest service, supporting colleagues and responding to special requests such as cribs, extra towels, and other amenities.
• Clean guest corridors, rooms, balconies and assigned areas, and assist Room Attendants with vacuuming and deep‑cleaning tasks.
• Remove dirty linen, garbage and recyclables promptly, and manage linen and supply inventories in housekeeping closets.
• Report any defects in guest rooms or public areas to Royal Service and housekeeping leadership.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, especially those related to epidemics, and ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physically fit – able to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver thoughtful, personalized guest experiences.
