Leisure Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Fairmont Southampton is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Leisure) to lead revenue generation for its luxury resort. Reporting to the Director of Transient Sales, you will drive leisure room‑night production through wholesale tour operators, online travel agencies, and emerging golf travel channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase leisure revenue across wholesale, OTA and leisure travel partners.
• Identify, solicit, negotiate and manage new and existing leisure accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, destination specialists and online travel agencies.
• Negotiate account agreements, promotional opportunities and tactical campaigns.
• Expand distribution channels and increase market share in key leisure segments.
• Travel regularly to key markets, partner meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leisure sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong network of contacts with tour operators, wholesalers and OTA partners.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to target markets.
