LPG Driver/Plant Attendant

About the role

Join SOL Petroleum Bermuda as an LPG Driver/Plant Attendant, responsible for the safe transport and delivery of LPG cylinders across the island. You will operate company vehicles in compliance with Bermuda road regulations and ensure a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to all road transport rules and Bermuda laws.
• Deliver LPG cylinders and bulk loads to customer sites island‑wide.
• Collect and submit accurate funds to the Depot Clerk after each delivery.
• Assist truck attendants with loading, stacking, and shifting of LPG cylinders.
• Complete daily vehicle checklists, defect reports, and LPG bulk customer site checklists.
• Report any vehicle incidents immediately to the Operations Supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition, ensuring cylinders are properly secured.
• Participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and hazard identification programs.

Required profile

• Secondary education with at least three CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proven experience driving heavy goods vehicles.
• Penalty‑free heavy goods vehicle driving licence.
