About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort, as the Maître d’. You will lead front‑of‑house service excellence across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, personalized dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the guest welcome experience: greet guests, manage reservations, assign tables, and maintain smooth dining room flow.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service to engage with guests, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Fairmont and Accor service standards across all outlets and service periods.
• Build guest loyalty by creating memorable, personalized dining experiences and handling feedback professionally.
• Oversee dining room operations, team performance, and financial results, driving continuous improvement and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in luxury hospitality front‑of‑house environments.
• Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage a team, uphold brand standards, and drive operational efficiency.
