Marketing Coordinator

About the role

HSBC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its global marketing function. The role works within Business As Usual teams, assisting campaign, social, and operations activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the coordinator helps deliver marketing initiatives quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support external marketing campaigns, insight and research aligned to strategy.
• Assist with measurement and ROI reporting.
• Provide support for campaign plans, events and communications.
• Assist Social Media Manager with content creation, calendar management and reporting.
• Maintain marketing procedures, playbooks, delivery standards and manage third‑party vendors.
• Administer external service providers and agencies, including onboarding, documentation, performance updates and compliance checks.
• Conduct research and keep marketing information and resources up to date.
• Contribute to the annual marketing planning cycle and ensure activities adhere to HSBC brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Marketing degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience delivering marketing campaigns and activities.
• Strong project planning abilities and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging senior colleagues.
• Proactive, well‑organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
