Restructuring Manager – Bermuda

About the role

Kroll is seeking an experienced Manager to join its Restructuring practice in Bermuda. You will work on complex, cross‑border insolvency and restructuring engagements, supporting lenders, investors, companies and their advisors in distressed situations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead forensic and insolvency engagements, including court‑supervised and voluntary liquidations, receiverships, and restructuring projects.
• Manage cross‑border cases involving jurisdictions such as the US, UK, Europe, Cayman Islands, BVI, and Hong Kong.
• Analyse financial performance, conduct valuations, and support litigation claims such as professional negligence.
• Draft detailed affidavits, expert reports, and other formal documents for courts and creditors.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to best‑practice development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Kroll offices worldwide.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Professional qualification in insolvency, accounting, or law from a recognised body.
• At least 5 years of recent experience in insolvency, restructuring, or forensic investigations, preferably with offshore exposure.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
