Sales Manager – Bermuda Resort

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead group, meetings, events and corporate travel sales for Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort. Reporting to the Director of Group Sales and the Director of Transient Sales, you will be the primary sales representative for the Bermuda market, driving revenue and positioning the resort as a premier destination for business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue, room-night and sales activity targets.
• Prospect, develop and secure new group business across corporate, association, incentive, government, social and special-event segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, site inspection, contract negotiation and conversion.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and client retention.
• Conduct presentations, client meetings and networking events to promote the resort’s facilities.
• Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or resort sales, preferably in luxury or upscale properties.
• Strong track record of generating group and corporate revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
