Sales Representative – Full‑Time & Part‑Time

About the role

Bermuda Waterworks Limited is seeking proactive, high‑energy individuals to join its Pure Water Division as Sales Representatives. The role involves serving customers at a drive‑thru, handling bottled water purchases, and providing excellent customer service in an outdoor environment, including Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the drive‑thru, processing purchases of 3‑ and 5‑gallon water bottles and accessories.
• Inspect returned bottles, verify purchases, and accurately process transactions using a handheld device.
• Lift and carry full water bottles up to 45 lb, often handling two bottles at a time.
• Balance daily sales and cash, reconcile credit/debit card transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the drive‑thru area clean and organized, and assist with heavy‑item handling when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D.; prior service‑oriented experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to high‑quality customer service.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and meet physical demands of lifting and outdoor work.
• Positive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic, available for a 40‑hour week including Saturdays and overtime.
