Sales Support Executive – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest luxury resort, as a Sales Support Executive. Reporting to the Area Regional Director, Sales & Marketing, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative, sales and client support to the resort’s Sales Managers and commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to Sales Managers and the Commercial team, managing inquiries, leads and preparing proposals, presentations and contracts.
• Maintain accurate account, contact and opportunity data in Opera Cloud and CRM systems, and coordinate appointments, site inspections and client visits.
• Support local market development by researching corporate accounts, assisting client communications, and representing Fairmont Southampton at networking events, trade shows and client functions.
• Collaborate with Group Sales, Transient Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Events and Operations to deliver sales reports, market intelligence and coordinate internal and external sales initiatives.
• Identify and suggest improvements to sales processes, workflows and client engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, administrative or sales support, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong research and analytical abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team, with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar hotel sales and reservation platforms.
