Sales Support Executive – Remote (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to join the group sales team at Fairmont Southampton. Working remotely (or on‑site) during Atlantic Standard Time business hours, you will help maximise group revenue and deliver exceptional service to our group clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the group sales team, including responding to inquiries, blocking group space, generating proposals and managing contracts.
• Handle small‑group enquiries from initial details through to contracting.
• Track and monitor the progress of group sales leads, opportunities and account activity.
• Maintain accurate records of group bookings, contracts and related correspondence.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to group clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Assist in maintaining existing account relationships and support the development of new client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Reservations, Revenue Management and Operations to ensure smooth execution of group events.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, administration or customer service within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during AST business hours.
