Senior Accountant – Captive Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join a dedicated captive insurance team on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering accurate financial statements, supporting month‑end and year‑end processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end accounting processes.
• Complete reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors and other internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant – CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of in‑house insurance accounting experience.
• Insurance or captive insurance experience is highly desirable.
• Strong financial reporting, analytical and organisational skills.
