Senior Compliance Analyst

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Compliance & Risk Analyst to join a leading trust company. The successful candidate will become part of a high‑performing team and support compliance, risk management, governance and regulatory initiatives across the business in Bermuda.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews, testing, and surveillance activities.
• Assist with the maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support regulatory reporting and submissions.
• Administer sanctions screening, AML/CFT controls, and compliance systems.
• Provide compliance guidance and support to business teams.
• Maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, risk registers and track mitigation actions.
• Conduct KYC, CDD, EDD, FATCA, and CRS reviews.
• Participate in compliance and risk training programmes and regulatory projects.
• Develop management information and key risk indicators.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional compliance or AML qualification desirable.
• Previous compliance experience within a trust company, fiduciary services, financial services or other regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
