Senior Manager – FATCA/CRS & Information Reporting (CbCR)

About the role

Join EY’s Financial Services Office as a Senior Manager focused on tax information and reporting. You will work with multidisciplinary teams worldwide, delivering FATCA, CRS, CbCR and other AEOI compliance solutions to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AEOI engagements, including advisory, compliance, reporting and transformation projects for banks, asset managers, insurers and other financial services clients.
• Provide technical tax advice and manage the delivery of FATCA, CRS, CbCR, Form 1042, Form 1042‑S and Form 1099 reporting.
• Conduct legal‑entity analyses, domestic withholding assessments and regulatory controversy work.
• Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional teams, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in tax advisory for financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects and teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills for client interaction.
