Senior Verbal Behavior Therapist

About the role

Tomorrow’s Voices is looking for a Senior Verbal Behavior Therapist to supervise and mentor junior staff while delivering therapy to children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. The role requires a minimum two‑year commitment and involves working across our Early Intervention Centre and Adult Day Program.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and staff.
• Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy focused on Verbal Behavior to children (2‑21 years) and adults (21+ years) with autism and developmental disabilities.

Required profile

• Prior experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis and B.F. Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
• Demonstrated experience working with both children and adults on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities.
