About the role

Join the award‑winning spa at Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort, and help deliver a seamless, memorable experience for luxury guests. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will support daily operations, guest services, and the overall ambience of the spa.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in, provide information on facilities, services, and spa etiquette.
• Escort guests to changing rooms, relaxation areas, or treatment rooms and anticipate their needs.
• Assist therapists by preparing treatment rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper set‑up between sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of all spa areas, including relaxation lounges and treatment rooms.
• Support reception duties, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
