Support Technician

About the role

This full‑time position in Bermuda supports pest‑control operations for residential and commercial customers. The Support Technician works on daily service routes, assisting Route Technicians and the Fumigation Crew as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist assigned Route Technician or Fumigation Crew on their daily route.
• Fill in for Route Technicians or Fumigation Crew when necessary.
• Provide timely, orderly service to accounts while prioritising safety for customers and technicians.
• Maintain the service vehicle in a clean, organised condition and ensure all equipment is operable.
• Report to work at appointed times, whether at the office or on‑site, and keep customer appointments.
• Handle overtime, initial services, complaint resolutions, and any other pest‑control tasks assigned.

Required profile

• Reliability in reporting to work on schedule and informing customers of any delays.
• Commitment to safety for both customers and technicians.
• Ability to maintain a clean and well‑organized service vehicle and equipment.
• Willingness to assist on overtime or occasional initial services.
• Light Truck Driver’s License is recommended but not mandatory.
