Systems Analyst

About the role

Freisenbruch Insurance Services Ltd. (FIS) is looking for a motivated Systems Analyst to join its IT team. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will ensure system reliability, performance, data integrity and drive continuous process improvement across the company’s core insurance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT support requests for a variety of systems and applications.
• Support testing, deployment and upgrades of enhancements to the core insurance platform.
• Collaborate with business users to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Document business processes, system specifications, automation workflows and technical procedures.
• Provide recommendations for automation, new software applications and workflow improvements.
• Assist senior analysts in monitoring system availability, performance and scalability.
• Support data reporting using AI technologies, PowerBI, Power Query, SQL and related tools.
• Deliver user training for system and process changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application support or IT operations, preferably in insurance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working in regulated or data‑sensitive environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
