US Casualty Broker

About the role

We are seeking a proactive US Casualty Broker to join our team in Bermuda. The role involves supporting senior brokers and managing the placement of US casualty insurance contracts, ensuring client needs are met while complying with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to senior professional brokers (AVP, VP, SVP) in establishing and managing insurance programs.
• Lead or assist with placement activities, preparing deal decks and collating submission materials.
• Populate and maintain required databases and internal systems.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients, carriers, producers and underwriting teams.
• Assist in drafting RFP responses and prospecting new business opportunities.
• Generate management information statistics and coordinate related processes.

Required profile

• Energetic and proactive attitude.
• Solid understanding of the insurance industry, particularly US casualty lines.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, producers and underwriting teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
