Vice President, Client Risk Management Consulting

About the role

As Vice President of Client Risk Management Consulting you will lead the development and implementation of risk management and governance frameworks for Artex Capital Solutions’ clients in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, protect capital and earnings, and drive business growth through innovative risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Corporate Governance & Risk Management Services in shaping the growth strategy for risk management services across Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
• Identify, assess and advise client companies on meeting regulatory obligations, drafting policies, procedures and internal checklists.
• Conduct Insurance Code of Conduct compliance gap analyses, board evaluations, and deliver compliance training.
• Perform horizon‑scanning of local and international regulatory changes and translate insights into revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Maintain client risk appetite statements, business risk registers and oversee AML/ATF risk assessments and enhanced due diligence.
• Act as Compliance Officer for selected low‑risk Artex‑managed entities.
• Collaborate with ACS Sales, Analytics and Advisory teams to provide tailored risk solutions.
• Assist global Artex colleagues in developing and implementing AML tools and processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in risk management, regulatory compliance or related consulting, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of Bermuda and Cayman Islands regulatory environments.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CAMS, CFA, FRM) are a plus.
