Associate, Restructuring

About the role

Kroll is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its Restructuring practice in Bermuda. You will work on a variety of distressed‑situations engagements, supporting lenders, investors, companies and their advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day management of financial and operational restructuring, court wind‑ups, voluntary liquidations, receiverships and forensic investigations.
• Conduct market and industry research to inform restructuring propositions.
• Draft reports for courts, creditors and other stakeholders.
• Compile, review and analyse books and records, perform asset inventories and handle creditor inquiries and claims.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts, financial analyses and other investigative work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Recent experience with a professional accounting or financial advisory firm.
• Self‑starter with strong business sense, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to pursue further qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or ACA.
