Country Head – Bermuda

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Country Head to lead our business development and client relationship strategy in Bermuda. This senior leadership role is accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our position as a leading provider of fund administration and financial services in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver Bermuda’s P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand market share across multiple asset classes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with asset managers, institutional investors, family offices, and intermediaries.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure seamless delivery of services in collaboration with operations and product teams.
• Represent Bermuda on regional and global leadership committees, influencing strategy and aligning local execution with group objectives.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure solutions are competitive, scalable, and compliant.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire high‑performing commercial and client service teams, fostering a culture of accountability and client‑centricity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or International Business Management.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial growth in fund administration or financial services.
• Extensive client‑facing experience with the ability to engage at C‑suite and board level.
• Deep understanding of fund structures (hedge funds, private equity, real estate, credit, UCITS, AIFs) and related operational requirements.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance in the local and international fund services industry.
