Managing Director – Life Solutions (Bermuda)

About the role

The Managing Director – Life Solutions will lead Aon's Bermuda life and annuity advisory and technology practice. Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Head of Life Capital Advisory, North America, you will drive business development, client delivery and market presence for capital‑focused solutions and the PathWise® platform.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and lead engagements with Bermuda‑domiciled insurers, reinsurers and private capital platforms.
• Serve as the primary commercial representative of Aon Life Solutions in Bermuda, collaborating with North American and global leadership.
• Develop and position Bermuda‑centered capital, reinsurance and actuarial outsourcing solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle and client delivery for life capital advisory and PathWise® technology implementations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in life insurance, reinsurance, actuarial or capital advisory, with exposure to Bermuda‑domiciled businesses.
• Proven track record in capital‑motivated reinsurance structures, regulatory capital management and life M&A or block transactions.
• Experience working with senior executives (CEOs, CFOs, Chief Actuaries) to optimize capital and meet regulatory obligations.

• GPU computing for high‑performance insurance modeling.
• PathWise® platform expertise.
• BSCR (Bermuda Solvency Capital Requirement) calculations and regulatory reporting.
