Part-Time PM Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a part-time PM Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. You will ensure guest rooms meet Fairmont’s high standards and provide attentive service during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to exacting Fairmont standards, including stocking linen and reporting maintenance issues.
• Provide warm, proactive guest service, anticipating needs and offering alternatives to resolve problems.
• Refresh rooms in the evening when required and handle night‑service duties.
• Report out‑of‑service rooms and any defects to the Floor Supervisor or housekeeping office.
• Turn in lost‑and‑found items to Security and maintain health‑and‑safety protocols, especially during epidemics.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a solid work ethic.
• Physically fit – able to stand, lift (up to 25 lb), push and pull for long periods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities and surrounding area is a plus.
