Trust Analyst – Private Client (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trust Analyst to join our Private Wealth and Corporate team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role involves supporting the administration and maintenance of trust and corporate structures while ensuring compliance with fiduciary, AML/CFT, KYC and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of trust, corporate and private wealth structures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Complete and maintain CDD/KYC checks for trust and corporate clients.
• Review client documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.
• Identify and verify beneficial owners and other key parties.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
• Assist with ongoing client monitoring and periodic reviews.
• Escalate compliance concerns and high‑risk matters as required.
• Maintain accurate trust and corporate records.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience within trust, fiduciary, corporate services, banking or regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of trust administration, AML/CFT, KYC/CDD and client due diligence requirements.
• Experience reviewing trust and corporate documentation and beneficial ownership structures.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
