Private Residences Chef – Luxury Villa & Event Specialist

At The Loren we view hospitality as a calling to inspire and elevate. We are looking for a Private Residences Chef who will create refined, personalized culinary experiences for our private residences and exclusive events, reflecting our philosophy of culture, beauty, community and conservation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present bespoke, high‑quality meals tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Design and execute menus for private dining, villa experiences and exclusive events.
• Develop, implement and refine standard operating procedures for private dining and events.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Support broader culinary operations across hotel outlets as required.
• Adapt quickly to evolving guest needs, schedules and operational priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in international luxury hospitality.
• Recognized culinary degree or diploma.
• Strong expertise in French, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.
• Experience developing SOPs, training teams and managing cost control and inventory.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven background in private dining or ultra‑luxury hospitality environments.
• Highly organized, discreet and service‑driven.
